Plumber Helper

Our plumbing company is growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an experienced Plumbers Helper to join our team. In this position, the Plumbers Helper will make minor repairs such as unclogging toilets or drains, replacing faucets, and fixing leaking pipes. Work alongside licensed plumbers to install plumbing in new home or commercial construction and multi-housing buildings, replace water heaters, and install tubs/showers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial, residential and multi-housing building.
• Respond to plumbing calls.
• Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection the first time.

Qualifications:

• Team player
• Mechanical skills - understanding of how basic plumbing systems work
• Troubleshooting– the ability to detect the causes of leaks and clogs calls for strong troubleshooting skills
• Math skills - math skills
• Customer service
• Detail oriented– attention to detail
• Analytical skills– interpreting schematics and drawings for new plumbing system installations is beneficial for plumber helpers
