Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer experience, helping customers find the perfect pair of Red Wing shoes, and contributing to the success of our stores.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right Red Wing footwear by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Perform fittings and measurements to ensure customers get the best-fitting shoes.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay informed about Red Wing products, features, and benefits.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store objectives.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Ability to learn about Red Wing products and convey product knowledge to customers.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends - must be able to work Sundays
