TPC ROSE Beneficiary Application:
2024 Prospective Beneficiary Application (For December 2025 receipt)
 
Beneficiary Requirements:

• 501(c)(3) organization
• Have a core group of staff and/or volunteers that are able to volunteer at the TPC ROSE fundraising events (approximately 9 for 2 separate events). 
• Provide a 990 Tax Return with the application.
• Directly provides service/programming to its target population (vs. raising money to be redistributed to other service providers).
• Acknowledge the partnership with TPC ROSE continually through the course of the relationships with TPC ROSE via their website, social media, emails to donors or verbally/printed at other events using TPC ROSE’S approved logo and approved marketing materials.
• Provide TPC ROSE with a dedicated team member for communication with TPC ROSE members, with a response time no longer than 24 business hours.
• Provide a recap to TPC ROSE of how the funds impacted their organization.  This recap will be shared at the December check presentation the year following their beneficiary year. 
• Grant money requested must be used within the state of Minnesota.

The following guidelines should be considered to maximize likelihood of grant consideration:

• A previous beneficiary should not reapply within three years of the year they were selected.  For example, if the beneficiary was selected in 2023, the first year they can reapply is 2027.
• Organizations predominately serving residents of the north metro suburbs of MN. 
• An annual budget on a scale that would be significantly impacted by a donation from TPC ROSE.  As a guideline, the organization should have an annual budget of at least $100,000.
• Opportunities for TPC ROSE members to engage in service projects.
• Focus on programs that support women, children and social welfare issues (i.e. hunger, homelessness, domestic violence)
• The use of funds must be predominantly used for programming vs. operational expenses.
