Description
2nd annual fundraising event to support Jam HOPE Foundation! Join us for this all ability community gathering to raise funds in support of our adapted and supported recreational, vocational, and social opportunities for community members with disabilities.
This event will include:
- 1 mile paved nature trail
- Fun puzzles and challenges
- DJ dance party
- Yard Games
- Raffle Prizes & Auction
- Picnic available
